COOKING METHODS: Very versatile fish, best cooking methods are; bake, sauté, broil, poach or shallow pan fry. Works great for blackened Rockfish, fresh ceviche and even better in Fish tacos! 

FISH TIPS: Rockfish is among the top dietary sources of  potassium, which is great for preventing high blood pressure. It is also among the few natural food sources for vitamin D.
